In-Store Returns Policy
All sales are final, no exceptions. Ladies of Lineage will not issue store credit or refunds, however a customer will have a 30 day 'Love It or Exchange It' window, wherein a gown may be exchanged once for another sample gown within Ladies of Lineage Fort Mill sample showroom.
- When purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in 'as is' condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning is the client’s responsibility.
- Alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and will incur a separate charge. Ladies of Lineage will provide recommended seamstresses upon purchase, however we will not be held liable for any alteration inaccuracies, customizations, or errors.
- Ladies of Lineage offers a 30 day “Love It or Exchange It” policy.
- The purchased gown must be exchanged within or under 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
- The gown will only be eligible for exchange if brought back in the same condition as purchased at Ladies of Lineage. We keep thorough documentation of all details pertaining to each gown, including but not limited to the condition of each gown with photos and written descriptions.
- The gown cannot be exchanged if altered.
- There are no refunds, no exceptions.
- The exchange is for any gown that is equal or greater value. If second gown is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
- If you intend to exchange a gown, an appointment is required. These appointments can only be accommodated on weekdays.
- All accessory sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
